Do not use Tribenzor (olmesartan/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide)
Do not use this medication if you are allergic to any type of sulfa drug, amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide, or olmesartan, or if you are unable to urinate. Those with diabetes or kidney disease; do not use this medication with other medications containing aliskiren (Amturnide, Tekturna, Tekamlo).
Do not use Tribenzor if you are pregnant.
Dose adjustment or special precautions may be required
To ensure this medication is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart disease, an electrolyte imbalance, low blood pressure, glaucoma, lupus, gout, diabetes, or a penicillin allergy.
Risks
If you become pregnant while taking this medication; discontinue use right away and contact your doctor as soon as possible. Serious injury or death may occur to the unborn baby.
It is not known yet if this medication will pass into breast milk or if it will harm a nursing infant. You should avoid breast feeding while using this medication, and if you must breast feed, you should speak with your doctor about the possible risks.
You may experience angina when first taking this medicine. This may also occur when your dose is increased. If chest pain becomes severe or overwhelming; consult your doctor.
