An overactive bladder is a condition in which are have this frequent feeling of needing to urinate, it can be to a degree where it has a negative affect one the person’s life. This need to urinate happens throughout the entire day, during day and night.

FAQs

What is Trospium?

Trospium, which is also known as Trospium chloride, is a muscarinic antagonist used for the treatment of overactive bladder, sold as the brand-name medication Sanctura XR. Using this medication can help reduce frequent bathroom trips, the sudden and urgent need to urinate, and urine leakage that occurs in patients with overactive bladder. Trospium blocks the effect of acetylcholine on muscarinic receptors located throughout the body on various organs, including the bladder, which ultimately helps to relax the muscles in the bladder. Trospium is available at My Drug Center as the brand-name product and the generic alternative, in the strength of 60mg; a valid prescription is required to order Sanctura XR.
