How does Exelon work?

Exelon Oral Solution contains the active ingredient Rivastigmine, and is classified as a cholinesterase inhibitor. The Rivastigmine dosage in this medication works by preventing the breakdown of a chemical that is important for the processes of memory, thinking, and reasoning. It improves the function of nerve cells in the brain.

Before taking your Exelon Oral Solution or the Rivastigmine generic, read all the instructions that was provided by your pharmacist. Take Exelon orally once a day with a full glass of water.
