Xarelto

Xarelto, or rivaroxaban, is a blood thinner used to prevent blood clots. It's often prescribed as part of a treatment plan for patients with DVT (deep vein thrombosis), pulmonary emboli, and atrial fibrillation. It can also be prescribed after knee or hip replacement surgery to prevent clotting. Xarelto comes in strengths of 2.5mg, 10mg, 15mg, and 20mg, and is taken orally as prescribed by your doctor.
